Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders over $49 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $4.95. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.

Where your order ships from

Our pieces are made and despatched by our manufacturing partner in China, and posted directly to you. We say so plainly because it matters: an order crossing a border takes longer to arrive than one picked in the same country, and you should know that before you buy, not after.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. The tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected, and it keeps working the whole way, including the leg inside the United States.

Customs and duties

The price you pay at checkout is the price of the goods and the shipping. Any import duty or customs charge raised on a parcel entering the United States is paid by Joop Yellow Strategies LLC, not by you. If a carrier ever asks you for money before handing over a parcel from us, do not pay it. Email support@ruthandpearl.com, send us what they asked for, and we will deal with it.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel goes missing in transit, that is ours to fix, not yours. Email support@ruthandpearl.com and we will either replace the order or refund it in full. The same applies if it arrives damaged: send us a photo first, do not post it back.
