Cancelling an order

Changed your mind? You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet, and we will refund it in full.

How

Email support@ruthandpearl.com with the subject line Cancel and the email address you ordered with. You do not need an order number, we can find it. That is the whole process; there is no form to fill in.

If it has already shipped

Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot pull it back. Refuse the delivery or send it back once it arrives, and it falls under our 30-day return instead. You get the same full refund either way.

When you get your money

We refund to the original payment method as soon as we cancel. How quickly it shows on your statement is up to your bank, not us.

Charges on your statement

Our charges appear as RUTHANDPEARL. If you see something you do not recognise, email us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out faster than a dispute will.
