Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send anything back, for any reason or none.

Email support@ruthandpearl.com and tell us what you are returning. We send you a return address. Once the piece reaches us we refund the full amount you paid for it to your original payment method.

The piece needs to come back in a condition we could sell it in. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

If a piece arrived damaged, do not post it back. Email us a photo first and we will sort it out.
