Our story

Ruth & Pearl exists because of a small, annoying problem: most jewelry in this price range is plated so thinly that it turns within a season. You buy a piece you like, you wear it for six weeks, and then the edges go grey and it quietly moves to the back of a drawer.

We decided to build the opposite. Every piece we sell is hand-set in a solid base and given a heavy finish, which is the slow, expensive part and the part most brands skip. It is why our pieces still look right after a year of being worn every day, and why we are comfortable putting a one-year finish warranty behind them.

The second thing we fixed was the price. Nothing in our shop costs more than sixty dollars. That is deliberate. Jewelry you are afraid to lose is jewelry you do not wear, and jewelry you do not wear may as well not exist. Ours is priced so that putting it on for an ordinary Tuesday never feels like a decision.
