Our warranty

One-year finish warranty

If the finish on a piece wears through during the first year of normal wear, we replace the piece. That is the whole warranty.

What counts as normal wear

Wearing it daily, showering with it by accident, knocking it against a door frame, sleeping in it. All normal. Covered.

What does not

Chlorine and salt water, perfume or hairspray sprayed directly onto the piece, bleach and household cleaners, and physical damage such as a bent band or a snapped chain. Those are not finish problems and we cannot cover them.

How to claim

Email support@ruthandpearl.com with a photo of the piece and the email address you ordered with. You do not need a receipt, we can find the order. If it is a finish problem we send a replacement.

Returns are separate

If you simply do not like a piece, that is a return rather than a warranty claim, and you have thirty days from delivery. See our refund policy.
